Buying Metal Luggage in Bulk
Your quotation starts with the selected models and quantity allocation. We review the requested changes against each model, then confirm what the quoted configuration includes.
Check the sample against the quoted configuration, including any changes made during sampling. Approve the final specification before we arrange bulk production.
For a different shell size, profile or component mounting, we review the design separately. If the required design falls outside our existing models, we confirm the drawings and tooling scope as a development project.

Quantity, sampling, shipping and branding questions we are asked before a wholesale order.
What is the smallest bulk luggage order you accept?
Logo-only orders start at 50 pieces; full customization at 300 pieces per model; new-shell tooling projects at 1,000 pieces. Evaluation samples are separate.
Do you sell luggage wholesale directly, or through a wholesaler?
Directly. SuitcaseMaker is Yachentai’s independent foreign-trade website. You discuss the model, configuration and order with our team.
Can we split the MOQ across colors and sizes?
Yes. Colors and sizes can be combined within the same model. Send the quantity for each combination with your inquiry.
Can we mix models to reach the MOQ?
Each model must meet its own MOQ. Different models can share a shipment once their quantities and packing are confirmed.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes. Samples are charged and credited against the subsequent bulk order.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling an existing model takes 20 days. New designs and further sample revisions are scheduled for the project.
How long is bulk production?
Allow 30 to 45 days after specification approval. Shipping time is separate.
Which trade terms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP, confirmed for your destination and order.
Can you ship LCL?
Yes. LCL and full-container shipping can be arranged according to packed volume and destination.
Can we use our own packaging?
Yes. Tell us whether you need neutral packaging, printed brand packaging or packaging supplied by you.
Do you supply documents with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and the agreed export documents. Tell us about any material-document requirements before placing the order.

Do we have to pay for tooling?
