Buying Metal Luggage in Bulk
Bulk luggage is planned differently from retail stock. Every shell on this site comes off tooling the factory already owns, so a bulk luggage order is scheduled against moulds that are on the floor rather than waiting on new ones. You choose the models, the finish and the logo method, and the run goes into the schedule.
Most buyers reach us as a distributor, a retail chain, a corporate gifting program or a hotel group. Wholesale suitcases in aluminum, aluminum magnesium and titanium all follow the same path: sample first, then a trial order, then wholesale production.
Buyers who normally source through a luggage wholesaler are dealing with the factory directly here. Tooling, CNC work, surface finishing and assembly sit in one building in Dongguan, so the specification approved on the sample is the specification that runs.

Quantity, sampling, shipping and branding questions we are asked before a wholesale order.
What is the smallest bulk luggage order you accept?
Logo customization starts at 50 pieces. A full program on an existing model starts at 300 pieces per style. A new shell that needs its own tooling starts at 1,000 pieces. Single samples for evaluation are available separately.
Do you sell luggage wholesale directly, or through a wholesaler?
Directly. This site is the sales side of the factory in Dongguan, so a luggage wholesale order is placed with the people who run the tooling and the production line. There is no separate trading company in between, which is why specification changes can be answered from the floor.
Can we split the MOQ across colours?
Yes. Colour splitting is supported within the total MOQ for the style.
Can we mix models to reach the MOQ?
The MOQ applies per style, so each model is counted separately. Multiple models in one order can be consolidated into a single shipment.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes. The sample cost is charged and then credited against the bulk order that follows.
How long does sampling take?
7 to 15 days on existing tooling. A shell that needs new tooling takes about 30 days for the tooling itself, with CAD drawings taking about 7 days before that.
How long is bulk production?
30 to 45 days after the specification is approved.
Which trade terms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. The port is confirmed per order.
Can you ship LCL?
Yes. Full container and less than container loads are both planned against the approved order volume, and multi model or repeat orders can be consolidated.
Can we use our own packaging?
Yes. Packaging can be neutral, printed to your brand, or supplied by you.
Do you supply documents with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and the agreed export documents are prepared before shipment release. Material certificates are available on request.

Do we have to pay for tooling?
Not when you order a model already listed on this page. New tooling is only needed for a shell size or profile we do not already run, and starts at 1,000 pieces.
