Keep clothing and small items apart
Crossed straps hold clothing in the main compartment. The lid has a buckled divider with a zippered mesh pocket for smaller items.

Separate guards at the corners
The corner guards wrap around the edges of the metal shell. Their polished finish contrasts with the flat silver panels.
The guards are separate zinc-alloy fittings; the shell itself is aluminum-magnesium alloy.

What is the shell made from?
YCT-006 uses 5000-series aluminum-magnesium alloy. The frame, corner guards, locks and wheels are separate components.
What are its size, weight and capacity?
The standard 20 inch case weighs 4.15 kg and holds 36 L. The listed dimensions are 362 × 203 × 489 mm. Ask us to confirm the full external measurements, including wheels and handles, for your order.
How does the T-handle work?
The T-shaped grip sits on a single telescopic stem. Extend it to roll the case and retract it when storing the luggage. Use the separate carry handle to lift the case.
Can we add our logo and change the interior?
Yes. Send your logo, quantity and the lining or pocket layout you want. We will confirm the artwork and configuration before making the sample.
Can this be used as cabin luggage?
Check the final external dimensions and packed weight against your airline’s allowance. The 20 inch size name alone does not guarantee acceptance.
What is the minimum order?
Logo orders start at 50 pieces. Full customization starts at 300 pieces per model. A new shell design starts at 1,000 pieces, with tooling and development quoted separately.
