From Specification to Production
We agree on the changes to the reference model, review the sample and pass the final requirements to production and QC.
Drawing Review
Identify changes to shell size, frame profile, component mounting and interior layout, and assess any tooling work before sampling.
Sample Approval
Review finish, closure and hardware operation on the sample. Resolve changes before approving the production configuration.
Production Release
We brief production and QC on the approved logo, lining, wheels and other changes, then pass the requirements to the relevant stages.
Final Inspection
Each batch is sampled against the customer’s project requirements. Checks cover the agreed appearance, operation and packing; remote inspection can be arranged.
What You Can Change
Select size, color, finish and branding on the reference model. Structural changes are evaluated separately.
Sizes
Start with the sizes listed on the model cards. A different shell size needs a tooling review before we confirm development.
Colours
Choose a stock color or send a target color, together with your preferred texture and gloss.
Surface Finish
Brushing, bead blasting, anodizing, electrophoretic coating, spray coating, PVD and etching can be discussed for the selected model.
Branding
Send the artwork, size and placement. We select laser engraving, UV printing or silk-screen printing to suit the surface.
Aluminum Ordering Specifications
Full customization is counted per model. Colors and available sizes can be combined within the same model; different models are counted separately.
Sampling, any tooling work and transport are separate from the bulk-production period.

Material, tooling and ordering questions we are asked before an aluminum program starts.
Which aluminum do you use?
The shell panels are 5-series aluminum-magnesium alloy. The detailed material specification is confirmed for the selected model.
What is the difference between your aluminum and aluminum magnesium lines?
The names describe product collections rather than separate alloy grades. Both use aluminum-magnesium alloys; compare the model’s forming method, shell construction and finished specifications.
What is the smallest order you accept?
You can start with one evaluation sample before ordering a branded batch. The sample is quoted for the model and requested changes.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Logo-only orders start at 50 pieces; full customization at 300 pieces per model; new-shell tooling projects at 1,000 pieces. Different models are counted separately.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling an existing model takes 20 days. A project that needs new tooling is scheduled separately.
How long is production?
30 to 45 days after specification approval. Transport is scheduled separately.
Do we have to pay for tooling?
Existing shell tooling can be retained for compatible changes. Additional tooling is quoted separately if the requested size, profile or component mounting needs development.
Can we sell it under our own brand?
Yes. These models can be developed for your private-label collection. Send the logo artwork and any branding requirements for the lining or packaging.
Which surface finishes are available?
Options include anodized and coated finishes, with brushed or bead-blasted textures. Send your target appearance so we can review the finish and logo method together.
Which sizes are available?
TS-004 and TS-006 are listed in 20, 24 and 28 inch sizes. TS-003, TS-005, TS-009 and TS-010 are listed in 20 inch. Other shell sizes need a tooling review.
Can we change the interior?
Yes. Send a preferred layout or reference image, including any pockets, dividers or fitted inserts. We check the arrangement in the sample.
Which trade terms do you support?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Confirm the destination and included services when requesting the quotation.
