01What is your minimum order quantity?
300 pcs per model for bulk production. Sample orders run from 1 to 10 pcs for evaluation before you commit to a run. Where an existing mould fits, a first branded run can start smaller, so tell us the model and quantity and we will quote against it.
02How long does a sample take?
Seven days for a logo sample on a shell we already tool. If the case needs new tooling, first sample runs 30 to 45 days from approved CAD.
03How long is bulk production?
Thirty to forty-five days after sample approval, depending on quantity, finish and hardware. Lead time is confirmed in writing when the order is placed.
04Can I put my own logo on an existing shell?
Yes, and there is no tooling charge to do it. Logos and small-area artwork are applied by laser engraving, UV printing or silk screen, with other methods available on request. The method is chosen to suit the surface finish.
05What materials do you work in?
Aluminium, 5000-series aluminium-magnesium alloy and TC4 titanium. Metal only. We do not produce polycarbonate, PP or ABS luggage.
06Can I specify my own colour?
Yes. Surface options include brushing, sandblasting, anodizing, electrophoresis, spray coating, PVD and etching, with a scratch- and fingerprint-resistant coat available. Colour is matched to your specification rather than limited to what is shown on this site. Stock colours are listed on each product card.
07What can be customised besides colour and logo?
Interior lining (EVA, nylon or PU depending on the shell), lock, wheels, corner hardware, trolley handle, and packaging including gift box and carton marking.
08Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to walk the floor, and third-party inspectors are accepted before a first order ships. Audits normally cover equipment, process control, working conditions, quality records and traceability.
09What certification do you hold?
ISO 10012:2003 measurement management system, rated AAA, certificate GH005-2022MM0783, valid to 21 October 2027. The certified scope covers aluminium-alloy luggage production and sales. We also hold over 100 technology patents registered with the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
10What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice. The usual structure is a deposit on order with the balance settled before shipment; the split depends on order size and how long we have worked together.
11Which trade terms do you work on?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all available. Tell us your destination port and we will quote on the term you prefer.
12Do samples cost anything?
Samples are charged, and the sample fee is credited against your bulk order once it is placed.
