We form metal shell panels and assemble frames, hardware and interiors for the selected model.
After sample approval, we brief production and QC on the agreed logo, lining, wheels and other changes, then pass those requirements to the relevant stages.
Each batch is sampled against the customer’s project requirements. Remote inspection can be arranged when you cannot visit the factory.

Ordering, lead times, materials and customization.
01What is your minimum order quantity?
Full customization starts at 300 pcs per model. Colors and available sizes can be combined within that model; different models are counted separately. Logo-only orders start at 50 pcs, while new tooling starts at 1,000 pcs.
02How long does a sample take?
Sampling an existing model takes 20 days. A project that needs new tooling is scheduled separately.
03How long is bulk production?
Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days after specification approval. Tooling, sampling and transport are separate.
04Can I put my own logo on an existing shell?
We can apply your logo by laser engraving, UV printing or silk-screen printing, depending on the finish. Send the artwork, dimensions and position.
05What materials do you work in?
Aluminium, 5000-series aluminium-magnesium alloy and TC4 titanium. Metal only. We do not produce polycarbonate, PP or ABS luggage.
06Can I specify my own colour?
Yes. Provide a target color, texture and gloss for sample approval on the chosen model.
07What can be customised besides colour and logo?
You can specify the lining, dividers, straps, locks, wheels, corner guards, trolley and packaging. We review replacement parts against the model’s mounting and interior space.
08Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits and third-party inspections can be arranged. If you cannot travel, ask us about remote inspection.
09What certification do you hold?
Our ISO 10012 certificate covers the factory’s measurement-management system. Product testing and any required reports are confirmed separately for the project.
10What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice. The usual structure is a deposit on order with the balance settled before shipment; the split depends on order size and how long we have worked together.
11Which trade terms do you work on?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Confirm the destination and included services when requesting the quotation.
12Do samples cost anything?
Samples are charged, and the sample fee is credited against your bulk order once it is placed.
