Two Routes
Every Custom Suitcase Starts One of Two Ways
Start from a shell we already produce and specify the finish, logo, hardware, interior and packaging for your brand. Hardware changes are reviewed against the mounting positions and interior space of the selected model.
For a new shell size, profile or structure, we review the design and tooling scope separately. The route depends on the shell and configuration you need; retail collections, corporate orders and hotel supply can use either approach.

Answers to your custom luggage development and order questions.
Do you make custom suitcases or only luggage?
Yes. We manufacture custom metal suitcases and carry-on cases for brands, importers, wholesalers and corporate projects.
What is the difference between a customized platform and custom made luggage?
Existing-model customization retains a shell we already produce. A new shell size, profile or structure requires a separate design and tooling review.
How long does a custom program take?
Sampling an existing model takes 20 days. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days after specification approval. New tooling, customer review, revisions and shipping are scheduled separately.
Do we have to open new tooling?
Changes to shell dimensions, profile or component mounting need a tooling review. Finish, logo, lining and packaging changes are assessed with the selected model.
What is the smallest custom order you accept?
Logo-only orders start at 50 pieces; full customization starts at 300 pieces per model. New-shell projects with dedicated tooling start at 1,000 pieces.
Can you work from a sketch instead of a drawing?
Yes. Send your sketch, reference sample or specification sheet, including the size and features you want to keep or change.
Which materials can we choose?
Aluminum, aluminum-magnesium alloy and titanium. Material and forming requirements are reviewed for the selected shell.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes. The sample fee is quoted for the project and credited against the bulk order that follows.
Can we change the interior?
Yes. You can specify lining fabric and color, trays, dividers and compression straps for the selected model.
Which surface finishes are available?
Options include brushing, bead blasting, anodizing, electrophoretic coating, spray coating, PVD and etching. The finish is confirmed for the chosen material and model.
Can you make retail packaging?
Yes. Packaging can be neutral, branded, or supplied by you.
Which trade terms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. The applicable terms are confirmed with the order.
