A Plain Face, and the Most Volume
What you get by leaving the shell undecorated.
38 litres at 20 inch
The largest capacity of the 20 inch platforms in this range, against 36 litres on the T-handle models and 35 litres on the ribbed shell. The outer dimensions are 355 by 215 by 501 mm and the standard build weighs 4.35 kg.
Nothing on the face to work around
There are no ribs, corner guards or applied panels breaking up the surface. A logo can be placed centrally and at size without competing with a structural feature, which is why this is the shell most often chosen when the branding is meant to be the only thing on the case.
The quiet model in a range
Collections usually need one shell that does not argue with the others. This is normally that one: it sits alongside the ribbed and reinforced platforms in the same alloy and the same finish options, so a range can carry visual variety without a second material.
What we can change
This shell already has tooling, so a branded run starts without a mould charge. Everything below is specified per order.
Logo and artwork
Laser engraving, UV printing, silk screen or embossing. The method is chosen to suit the surface finish, and there is no tooling charge to brand an existing shell.
Surface finish
Brushing, sandblasting, anodizing, electrophoresis, spray coating, PVD and etching. A scratch- and fingerprint-resistant coat can be added on top.
Colour
Matched to your specification rather than limited to the stock list. Stock colours for this model are shown in the table above.
Lining and interior
EVA, nylon or PU lining, with compression straps, divider, zip pocket or a fitted insert built to your drawing.
Hardware
Lock, wheels, corner guards and trolley handle can all be changed. Casters are available detachable on request.
Packaging and size
Gift box, printed carton and carton marking to your artwork. Sizes outside the standard range are quoted against new tooling.

Is this the largest cabin case you run?
At 20 inch, yes, at 38 litres. The 18 inch cabin case is smaller by design, and the T-handle and ribbed platforms sit at 36 and 35 litres.
Why choose a plain shell over a ribbed one?
Ribs stiffen the panel and hide handling marks, but they break up the face. A plain shell gives a continuous surface for branding and reads quieter in a collection. Neither is stronger in a way that matters at these panel thicknesses.
Where does the logo usually go?
Centred on the face, or on the upper third above the handle line. Laser engraving, UV printing and silk screen are all available, and the method is chosen to suit the finish rather than the other way round.
Does it use the same alloy as the rest of the range?
Yes, 5000 series aluminum magnesium, the same as the other platforms on this line. The finish options and the hardware package are shared across them.
What is the minimum order?
300 pieces per model for a full program on this shell. 50 pieces if the only change is your logo. 1,000 pieces if the shell itself needs new tooling.
