What the T-handle and the capacity are there for.
The T-shaped handle
The trolley handle is a single T rather than a pair of side rails. It leaves the top face clear, which matters when a business travel luggage case is stood on end at a desk or a check-in counter and something is set on top of it.

The largest capacity of the cabin models we run, at 20 inch. It is specified where a business carry on luggage program needs a suit or a second pair of shoes to fit alongside a laptop sleeve rather than instead of it.
Corporate and gifting runs
This is the model most often taken for staff programs, client gifting and executive ranges. Those buyers usually want the shell plain and the branding restrained, which the seamless top face and the single handle both suit.
What we can change
This shell already has tooling, so a branded run starts without a mould charge. Everything below is specified per order.
Logo and artwork
Laser engraving, UV printing, silk screen or embossing. The method is chosen to suit the surface finish, and there is no tooling charge to brand an existing shell.
Surface finish
Brushing, sandblasting, anodizing, electrophoresis, spray coating, PVD and etching. A scratch- and fingerprint-resistant coat can be added on top.
Colour
Matched to your specification rather than limited to the stock list. Stock colours for this model are shown in the table above.
Lining and interior
EVA, nylon or PU lining, with compression straps, divider, zip pocket or a fitted insert built to your drawing.
Hardware
Lock, wheels, corner guards and trolley handle can all be changed. Casters are available detachable on request.
Packaging and size
Gift box, printed carton and carton marking to your artwork. Sizes outside the standard range are quoted against new tooling.
Custom Business Trolley Programs
Three routes, depending on how much of the case you need changed.
Logo only, from 50 pcs
Shell and finish stay as they are and only your mark goes on. This is the usual route for a corporate gifting run. A logo sample takes about 7 days.
Full program, from 300 pcs
Shell colour, surface finish, lining, hardware and packaging specified by you on tooling that already exists. The normal route for a business carry on suitcase under your own label, with no mould charge.
New shell, from 1,000 pcs
A different handle layout or a shell shape that does not exist yet needs its own tooling. CAD takes about 7 days from your drawing and the tooling about 30 days.
How this shell is made
The step that decides how this model is built.
CAD + CNC
New shapes start as CAD drawings, go to CNC-cut tooling, then to a first sample before any bulk metal is cut. A new mould normally runs 30 to 45 days from approved drawings; where an existing mould fits your design there is no tooling charge at all.

Why a T-handle instead of two rails?
A single centre column leaves the top face clear and puts one joint in the handle path instead of two. Two rail systems are available on other models if that is what your program needs.
What does it weigh and hold?
4.15 kg and 36 litres in the standard wholesale build at 20 inch. Changing the lining or the hardware moves both figures.
Is this suitable for a corporate gifting program?
It is the model most often taken for one. The minimum for a logo only run is 50 pieces, which is the size most gifting programs order at, and neutral or branded packaging can be specified.
Can we have colours other than silver?
Silver is the shell colour held in stock. Other colours are matched to your specification, and the finish route is chosen to suit the colour.
Does a laptop sleeve come as standard?
The interior is built to your specification. A padded sleeve, a divider, compression straps or a fitted insert are all specified per order rather than fixed on this model.
What is the minimum order?
300 pieces per model for a full program on this shell. 50 pieces if the only change is your logo. 1,000 pieces if the shell needs its own new mould.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes. A logo sample takes about 7 days. Bulk production runs 30 to 45 days after the sample is approved.
