SuitcaseMaker is Yachentai’s independent export website. At our factory in Houjie, Dongguan, China, we develop, customize and manufacture metal luggage for brands, importers, wholesalers and corporate buyers.

Our luggage manufacturing roots date back to a predecessor business in Guangzhou in 1993. Manufacturing moved to Houjie, Dongguan, in 2014.
Our Factory and Team
Yachentai’s factory site covers approximately 49,600 square meters and has around 250 employees. We continue to invest in tooling equipment, product development and testing.
Once you approve the sample, we hold a production handover meeting to communicate the final configuration and changes, including the logo, lining and wheels, to each production stage and the quality inspectors. We inspect samples from every batch according to your project requirements. Remote inspection is available if you cannot visit.
Many people on our production lines have worked here for more than ten years. We provide staff dormitories and canteen meals, arrange regular health checks and organize annual team activities.
Our Overseas Customers
Our main customer markets include Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Japan. We work with brands developing their own collections, importers, wholesalers and corporate purchasing teams.
Through its contract manufacturing work in luggage and cases, Yachentai has served brands including Samsonite, Chanel, Dior, Mary Kay and Carslan.
We confirm shipping arrangements around your destination, order quantity and delivery requirements.

From Guangzhou to Dongguan
Our manufacturing business began in Guangzhou and moved to Dongguan in 2014.
Our roots trace back to Guangzhou Julong, a predecessor business manufacturing luggage for domestic and export orders.
Bao Xiangqian founded Guangzhou Shanghe in Panyu, Guangzhou, developing and manufacturing aluminum cases, cosmetic cases and professional tool cases.
In September, manufacturing moved from Guangzhou Shanghe to Houjie, Dongguan, where the Dongguan company was established. The company later changed its name and operates today as Yachentai.
Yachentai continues to develop and manufacture metal luggage and professional custom cases. Through SuitcaseMaker, overseas customers can explore our factory and products, discuss customization and coordinate sample and bulk orders.
Yachentai holds over 100 technology patents and continues to develop luggage and professional custom cases.

Where is your factory?

SuitcaseMaker is Yachentai’s independent export website. We manufacture metal luggage for overseas brands, importers, wholesalers and corporate buyers.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Arrange a visit to review samples and discuss your project requirements. Remote inspection is available if you cannot visit.
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. Customize an existing model’s logo, color, hardware, lining and packaging, or send drawings and dimensions to discuss a new model.
How long does an existing-model sample take?
Sampling an existing model takes 20 days. New-model development, tooling, shipping and bulk production are scheduled separately.
How are approved changes handed to production?
We hold a production handover meeting to communicate the approved configuration and changes to the relevant production stages and quality inspectors.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Full customization of an existing model starts at 300 pieces per model. Different colors and sizes of the same model can be combined, with no separate minimum for each color or size. New models and tooling projects are discussed separately.
