Suitcasemaker has been building metal luggage in Dongguan, Guangdong since 1993. What started as a small metal case workshop now runs as a 49,600 m² facility with ten production lines.
Everything runs in house: aluminum panel pressing, CNC tooling, surface anodizing, assembly and export packing. Over 200 people work across engineering, production and quality control.
A factory runs on its people. Beyond production, we provide staff dormitories, canteen meals, regular health checks and annual team activities. Many of the people on our lines have worked here for more than ten years.
We supply private label brands, wholesalers and trading companies in over 100 countries, with more than 500 brand collaborations and 100+ technology patents behind our designs.

Three decades of metal luggage manufacturing in Dongguan.
Metal case production starts in Houjie, Dongguan, with hand-finished aluminum shells.
Production shifts toward overseas buyers, with cases shipped to distributors in Europe and North America.
Additional presses installed to form aluminum shells at scale, replacing outsourced pressing.
CNC machining centers added, moving mold development from suppliers to our own workshop.
One-piece alloy shells introduced for lighter cases with fewer joints and exposed fasteners.
TC4 titanium added for flagship collections, using segment forming and precision joining.
